This paper used the efficient soybean rhizobia strains provided by the project" The Application of Soybean Rhizobia Inoculum in China's Sustainable Development of Agricultural" from EU, and the native rhizobia resources in HLJ province, screened the best one, and matched with the main soybean varieties in HLJ province, screened the best matching scheme. Assessed the inoculation effect with fluorescent maker tecnology and then established the scientific method of symbiotic matching screening, production, vaccination evalution. Tested in field in order to improve yield and quality of soybean, reduce fertilizer usage and environmental pollution. Results showed that:1. Not every rhizobia can make the same soybean variety to get the same inoculation effect. The interaction between creatures shows that, you need to choose a good matching between rhizobia and host to get the best nitrogen efficiency. Thongh experiment, we screened two rhizobia strains that had a good match with the main soybean variety in HLJ province.2. For the same soil, a soybean vaccinates different rhizobia inoculations, the effects are also different. Soil potted results showed that, the nitrogen-fixing effect and quality of soybean improved after vaccination,and all the indexes had significant differences compared with control. Though marking the rhizobia, we can judge the nodulation and nitrogen fixation effert of soybean rhizobia.3. The key to the quality of soybean rhizobia fertilizer production is the main raw material-rhizobia bacterium agent has several high bacteria livings and a low-cost, in order to ensure product quality and reduce producting costs. We determined the bacterium agent fermentation medium BF, its main ingredients is DouBing powder and Gluter power from industrial and agricultural by-products. By this formula, we produced bacterium agent which has a low cost and anumber of above 50 billion per milliliter.4. In order to maintain the number and activity of microorganisms, the bacteria levitation liquid must choose the suitable adsorption carrier to preserve. Based comprehensive analysising the appearance, performance, drawn conditions, price and matching up with solid state fermentation etc of the four material, grass carbon, lignite, pearlite and vermiculite, considered the mixture of grass carbon and lignite (1:4) is the most comfortable. The best sterilization condition of soybean rhizobia's carrier is gamma ray of 200Gy irradiation dose.5. Pot experiment results showed that, in the actual soil of each testbed, the two strains HLJN1001 and HLJN1003 had stronger competitiveness when nodulated than the others. By detecting the fluorescence type rhizabia, more than 66.6% of nodules are caused by the accessed.6. Field plot experiment prooived that, vaccinating soybean rhizobia HLJN1001 and HLJN1003 can make the cultivated soybean nodulated ealier, remarkably enhance the nodular rate and promote the growth of soybean plant, its height, dry weight overground, area yield such indexes all had dramatic increase. It also can increase soybean production by 10.2% to 12.45%, reduce fertilizer usage by 30%, so that, some of soil physical and chemical indexes and microorganism quantity had certain increase, the soil ecology environment improved.
