Our country has the vast area, and domestic natural condition is more complex. Due to the large population, and the land resource is limited, so per capita agricultural resources enough uneven distribution is abundant, and region. Agriculture has become a national economy can restrict the high-speed development of the main factors.Corn is one of the main food crops in north China, more pivotal status. Therefore, prompt understanding corn planting area, growing and yield for the national food, the policy and price macro-control and foreign food trade is very significant. Therefore, must use modern hi-tech, keep abreast of the land utilization condition, the planting area, plant growth power, grain yield and other important agriculture information expected.Remote sensing yield estimation technology in agricultural development in a traditional statistical methods, the incomparable advantage, It can get large scope of continuous surface information area in short time. Get the crop growing, yield,plant acreage and the information of areal distribution timely and objective, have very important effect in research on maize yield used remot sensing. Government departments pay attention to this thing. In this paper, based on the previous research, discussed the probability based on the yield prediction system of remote sensing. In this thesis, introduced the research evolve in our country and foreign. Discussed the remote sensing theory and method of crops yield predicted. Compared the correction methods on remote sensing's pictures. Researched on the test-bed in Jilin agricultural university and Yushu city Gongpeng town:(1) In this research, To establish corn cultivation technique, maize disease prevention and control technology Chinese caterpillar fungus provide field characters, data and the model to realize corn field growth, maize disease control and Chinese caterpillar fungus yield prediction and other basic data. Complete corn section growth character, ill Chinese caterpillar fungus investigation and field measurement, carried out in the same field investigation with weeds density and phyllochrons relationship.(2) In order to understand the weeds density, weeds dose relationship with phyllochrons, Conducted experiments of use pesticides weeding in farmland. Researched the method using remote sensing monitoring the weeds of maize.(3) Researched the red edge area of maize, estimate NDVI. and use NDVI estimate the vegetation coverage. This is a new explore.(4) Get the functional relation of weeds density and herbicides dose based on the test. Build the model of yield prediction. Paper discussed above studies using remote sensing method to establish the may yield prediction system, expounds the present research progress and problems. Finally, this paper summarizes the development of the meanwhile the future research direction was discussed.
