There were some problems in biogas fermentation of crop production organic wastes. Such as low material percent conversion, long fermentation period, cumber process of pretreatment, differently at input and output. As far as now, they had not been totally answered. Based on crop straw stalk for material, without any other material, we studied the effect on anaerobic digestion from different processing parameters, and using molecule biology to study of the community. We also do the studied the dynamic technology. As the same time, the feasibility of anaerobic digestion with tea waste, vinegar residue and pasture were research in this paper.(1) Anaerobic digestion could be done well on straw of rape, wheat and corn without any other material, only through crushed. On pure straw fermentation process parameter study shows that the best is corn straw, the next is wheat straw, the last is rape straw. With the inoculation amount increasing, the biogas yield was increasing. But there is not a linear relationship. When the inoculation amount from 30% to 35%, the biogas yield was increased 41%, to 40 %, only increased 4 %. So the best inoculation amount is 35 % in still anaerobic digestion. Anaerobic digestion with straw in normal temperature has a low gas production, only 0.2 L·g-1 and 0.3 L·g-1. Biogas yield was no marke difference in medium-high temperature. On account of the economic and other factors, the 35 centigrade, retention time of 20 days is best fitted for biogas project.(2) We studied microorganisms in fermentation with molecular biology methods. Proved temperature has an influence on community. There were more thermophiles than mesophils in the microorganism community.(3) Tea waste, vinegar residue and pasture can use as anaerobic digestion raw material, the biogas yield of them was 0.47 L·g-1 TS, 0.41 L·g-1 TS and 0.30 L·g-1 TS.(4) We found that different crushed size, different distribution in anaerobic fermentation tank. When it was 10 mm, the straw will be delamination. When it was 1.7 mm, we can get a homogeneous mixture. Its fasibility is proving in dynamic anaerobic digestion.
