With early season hybrid rice combination GanXin 202, JinYou 299 and late hybrid rice combination WuFengYou T025, TianYou 122 as material. Study on the seeding rate, seedbed fertilization level, seedbed types, seedling methods and the effect of chemically controlling methods and transplanting methods on Seedlings technology, Growth characteristics and Yield components of Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice. The results as follow:(1). With the increasing of seeding rate, the Seedling height, Stem base width, leaf age, SPAD value of lamina,100 seedling dry weight, Root quantity of Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice are all decreasing and Nitrogen content and Soluble sugar content are also decreasing, Seedlings quality reduced, sprout rate and percentage establishment of seedling reduced, weak sprout rate increased; but transplant omit rate decreasing, the rooting ability of field after Machine-transplant and the quantity of green leaf are decreasing.Early rice:100g,120g/plate(dry millet) treatments seedling quality, percentage establishment of seedling is in the median, but the quality of Machine-transplant is well and high rooting ability and quantity of green leaf, therefore, seeding rate at 100-200g/plant(dry millet) is the most suitable of Machine-transplant double season early hybrid rice.Late rice:80g,100g/plate(dry millet) treatments seedling quality, percentage establishment of seedling is preferably, low transplant omit rate, high quality of Machine-transplant and high rooting ability and quantity of green leaf. With the increasing of seeding rate, the dry matter accumulation, nitrogen accumulation, LAI of unit area is increasing, however, the solubility content in stem is decreasing. With the increasing of seeding rate, the unit area effective tiller number is increasing while the NFGP and seeds setting percentage decreasing. With the increasing of seeding rate, the actual production increased at first then decreased,80g,100g/plate(dry millet) treatments production reach the highest level. Therefore, seeding rate at 80-100g/plant(dry millet) is the most suitable of Machine-transplant double season late hybrid rice.(2). With increasing of seedbed fertilization level, seedling height, stem base width, leaf age, SPAD value,100 seedling dry weight, Root quantity of Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice are all increasing and Nitrogen content and Soluble sugar content are also increasing; high height of seedlings cause of high seedbed fertilization level could increased seedling injury rate and death rate, reduce the quality of Machine-transplanted. Effective tiller of unit area, Nitrogen accumulation, Dry matter production, Soluble sugar content in stem, LAI increased with the seedbed fertilization level increased, Althought high Tillermumber and effective tillernumber of unit area, the ineffective tillernumber also at high level and spike small, ear rate low, more tillering and better spike form after 600g/100kg bed soil treatments. With seed bed fertilization level increased NFGP, maturing rate decreased. Actual production increased at first then decreased, when the seedbed fertilization level at 600g/100kg treatments production reach the highest level. Production is significant correlation with effective tiller, therefore the seedbed fertilization level of Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice should at 600g compound fertilizer/100g bed soil.(3). In the experiment of different seedbed types, after vegetable soil treatments, seedling height, root quantity, cauloid width in high level, content of nitrogen and soluble sugar in high level, and 100 seedling dry weight and quality of seedlings reached the highest level, sprout rate, percentage establishment of seedling reach the highest level, low Weak sprout rate, hole omit rate reach the lowest level, well quality after Machine-transplant. Effective tiller number, thousand seed weight of unit area and actual production reach the highest level after vegetable soil treatments. Therefore, vegetable soil is the ideal seedbed for Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice and save the cost of fertilization.(4). In the experiment of the effect of transplanting and cultivation method on growth characteristics and production of Machine-transplant double season hybrid rice, Seedlings quality could reach the highest level by adopt upland field seedling and treatments after spraying paclobutrazol. Quantity of root, rooting ability, cauloid width,100 seedling dry weight all reach high level and have good quality of Machine-transplant; After upland field seedling and spraying paclobutrazol treatments, leaf area index, dry matter accumulation quantity, nitrogen accumulation, soluble sugar content in stem all reach high level, Effective tiller and production of unit area also very high, effective tiller is significant correlation with production. Therefore, Double season hybrid late rice should adopt upland field seedling and spraying paclobutrazol, transplanting mode should adopt Machine-transplant.
