Design And Experimental Study On The Shallow Burrying Device Of Drip Tape On Potato Planter And Drip Tape Layer

In the process of mechanization potato planting, drip tape embedding depth is not easy to control. The embedded thin-walled drip tape often cause a blockage because of soil extrusion, and then can't over water, making the drip effect cannot normal exertion. When tractor speed decreases,drip tape coil will become flabby. This will make the laying process unreliable. The paper aiming at these issues, using three-dimensional modelling software SolidWorks, we design a set of drip tape laying matchine with ground feeler mechanism matching with 2CMG– 4 potato planting machine.Through the experimental data of 0cm, 2.5 cm and 5cm embedding depth, this device can realize that the drip tape shallow laid; along with the increase of embedding depth, the adjusting depth and actual embedding depth difference value increases. Laying device is effectively solve the problem of the depth control of drip tape laid.Through measuring the tension of drip tape in the different combinations of three factors( guide block, clamp of drip tape, fixed bolt ) of original device and experiment device, analysis of measuring data, result is that the three factors have greater influence on drip tape tension.Through the calculation of inertia, drip tape brake time/overflow is inversely proportional to brake resistance torque. Under 5N * m resistance moment, when the coil radius decrease from 240mm to 70mm,drip tape tension will increase from 20.8 N to 74N. The drip tape tension is also inversely proportional to radius of drip tape coil. Based on the above analysis, the drip tape tension adjusting mechanism be designed. This could improve the reliability of laying process.
