Saline soil as one of important land resource reserves, it should be properly used and effectively improved to bring into play the resource potential and increase the integral production capacity. It's not only significantly great to protect future food security and the ecological environment in China, but also one of the important ways to carry out sustainable agricultural development in China. For the sake of analyzing the impacts on soil water and salinity distribution with different measures, field experiments of saline water irrigation and control were carried out at Fengqiu Agricultural and Ecological Experimental Station in Henan Province from 2007-2010.1) Toward the fresh-saline rotational test of five crops, the long term located monitoring experiment of soil water and salt,the crop growth and yield, the result indicated that whether wheat or maize,it had the relationship between crop yield and saline irrigation frequency.furthermore.the crop in different growth period had different sensitive to water.On the basis of this test,it had formed the rotation irrigation modes of fresh-fresh-saline,saline-fresh-fresh and saline-fresh-saline for the safety use.It can be achieve fully and efficiently, the soil salt of crop taproot could be better control, this technology could keep balance between soil water and salt within crop taproot,and protect the safety of crop production.2)The treatment of improver and 1g·L-1 saline water were better to control soil salt, and the technology of biological coverage was the best;the treatment of 1g·L-1 saline water and organic fertilizer had the highest soil moisture,biological coverage and improver were letter,soil moisture of salt-tolerant crops and 5g·L-1 saline water were the least.The use of soil fertility technology,biological coverage technology and salt-tolerant crops planting technology, could reduce the salinity stress of agricultural productivity of arable land significantly toward carrying out multi-row crop cultivation.3)After different saline water irrigation of three seasons, the soil profile salt had big difference before and after planting.The best controlling salt was no irrigation, but the crop yield was lower than medium irrigation and low irrigation.Though high irrigation brought in a large number of salt,the level of salt accumulation was not very high.and crop yield was the lowest because of the salt stress.ln spite of the low irrigation had not caused salt accumulation in soil strongly,however,the salt accumulation increased year by year because of the leaching effect was not due.Medium irrigation had the best leaching effect.The soil moisture of medium and low irrigation were high,and they could keep the crops growing normally.4)The rainfall when wheat was harvested was higher than the evaporation when wheat was planted.this made root zone water storage had big difference, the soil root zone water produced a surplus at the end of growth.The water use efficiency of wheat would be low with the increase in the number of irrigation water between different treatment.The water use efficiency of fresh-fresh-saline treatment was the highest;the biological coverage treatment whose change of root zone water storage was letter, crop water consumption was the biggest,and the irrigation water use efficiency is relatively high, however, it had lower water use efficiency.The irrigation water use efficiency and water use efficiency of low salinity treatment were the biggest;the root zone water storage and crop water consumption of no irrigation were the least,but the irrigation water use efficiency and water use efficiency were the highest.As the irrigation was higher.the crop water consumption was higher,and the irrigation water use efficiency and water use efficiency were letter.5)For the example of fresh-fresh-fresh treatment, this article analysis of time series silt loam profile dynamic characteristics of water and salt, ARIMA model and profile data were used to analyze soil water and salt.The result indicated that,as the soil depth was increased,the goodness-of-fit of ARIMA model of the soil conductivity and soil moisture were increased.and the other statistical parameters were decreased.This showed that, as the soil depth was increased,the fluctuations of soil conductivity and soil moisture were decreased,the linear model-ARIMA could explain more of the soil conductivity and soil moisture characteristics of time series implies.It can be obtained that,the soil moisture within 20cm depth at t time can be express as X1=f(Xt-1,Xt-12,Xt-13,Xt-24,Xt-25,et),and the soil average moisture within 100cm depth at t time can be express as WCavgt=et/(1-B)(1-B12)(1+0.71B12)+0.736WC60,;the soil electrical conductivity within 10cm depth at t time can be express as EC10t=f(EC10t-1,et,et-2), and the soil average electrical conductivity within 100cm depth at t time can be express as ECavg,=f(EC10t,EC20t,EC45t,et).6)It can be concluded from grey relational analysis,the bigger of discrimination coefficient,the higher of correlation.The correlation coefficient was the highest when p was 0.5.The soil quality of treatment 20,8,17,12,10 were the best,this indicated that soil quality of no saline water irrigation was higher;it had no significant impact on soil quality at the time of crop heading if we irrigated saline water; it could increase soil nutrient content when maked use of organic fertilizers, improve the internal structure of the soil.this provided a good condition for plant growing; biological control measures covering played a very good inhibition effect of salt, and cover of biological soil mixed with the soil also increased a nutrient source,improving the quality of soil.The same,the soil quality of treatment 5,2,4,3 were the worst, this indicated that brackish water irrigation on soil quality caused certain influence, it should implement with the other control measures in order to play the effect of inhibition of salt, and improve soil quality.
