Chromatographic column DIAMONSIL C18200 mmx4.6 mmx5um was used for analysis.290nm was chose for UV wavelength, flow liquid were methanol and water (60:40).Residues of flusilazole were extracted from samples with acetone:water (70:30, by vol), after liquid-liquid partition, determined with GC-NPD.The minimum detectable limit was 1.0×10-9 g, and minimum determination concentration was 1.0×10-2 mg/L, the average recovery rate was 77.96-84.62%, the relative standard deviation was 4.7-8.8%.
