60 health geese with 1-day-old(NongAn Zi geese) were raised in temperature for 22±1℃, relative humidity 65%.At the 8 weeks age, the geese were divided into 6 groups and 10 geese in the each group, except for the group A as the control was placed in 22±1℃(relative humidity65%), group B,C,D,E,F were subjected 40±1℃(relative humidity65%) acute heat stress for 2h,4h,6h,8h and 10h, respectively. After the heat stress treatment, the geese were slaughted immediately, take the whole blood serum preparation, to measurement and analysis the blood physiological and biochemical parameterst of zi goose after acute heat stress;the samples of duodenum, jejunum, ileum and appendix were took immediately and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution, in order to prepare the paraffin tissue slides, to observation, measuring the effects of different acute heat stress on the intestinal morphology of Zi goose and Hsp70 expression of different species Zi goose. the experiment results showed:The Zi goose under acute heat stress treatment showed that serum ALB,TG,ALP activity decreased significantly under the acute heat stress treatment, and with the prolongation of heat stress time, ALB,TG,ALP activity further increased, the Glu and LDH activity increased significantly. But TP and CHO no significantly change happened under acute heat stress treatment of this experiment. The results of intestinal damage of Zi goose under the different time of acute heat stress treatment showed that:Tissue injuries happened in all intestinal including the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and appendix, acute heat stress damaged mainly involves mucosa of intestinal, especially the top of intestinal most serious. From the damage extent:duodenum>jejunum, ileum> appendix. The length of duodenum, jejunum, ileum villus decreased significantly under the acute heat stress treatment, but the Crypt no significantly change happened under acute heat stress treatment; No significantly effects of heat stress on V/C of jejunum and ileum were found, but the V/C of duodenum decreased significantly (P<0.05); Plica height and muscle thickness of cecum decreased under the different time of acute heat stress treatment (P<0.05).The results of this experiment showed:Hsp70 mainly expression in the intestinal mucosa and intestinal epithelium, but the intestinal mucosa inherent layers and intestinal muscle layer without the signal expression, the expression of Hsp70 increased significantly under the acute heat stress treatment, but present appear after rising trend to decrease:Significant change of Hsp70 in variety intestinal happened in different heat stress period, and appeared fluctuating changes with the heat stress time prolonged. The Hsp70 expression of duodenum were increased earlier and significantly, at the time of 4h and 6h the expression highest, after that the expression decreased significantly, but at 10h the expression still higher than the control(P<0.01); the expression Hsp70 of jejunum significant higher at 4h heat stress (P<0.01), the expression of ileum and appendix significant higher at 6h and 4h(P<0.05),but the expression Hsp70 of jejunum, ileum and appendix were similar to control group after 10h heat stress.
