Ginseng is the araliaceae perennial herbaceous plants and its dry root can use for medicinal. The ginseng is the precious Chinese herbal medicine,it is also one of the " three northeast treasure".The ginseng grows in the mixed of coniferous and broad-leaved forest where have the small temperature difference between day and night or the mixed wood forest or the mountain slope where have the altitude of 500~1100 meters.In nowadays,the cultivation of ginseng is the wild ginseng experienses the long-term domesticated and cultivation to form the high economic value crops. The world region of gingeng is mainly distributed in the northeast of Asia, including changbai mountain and Xiaoxinganling of China and ect. Because of the long time of excessive mining of wild gingeng,it is attribute to reduce the resource and faced exhaustion.Most of our country cultivates the gingeng used to application.The ecological environment where the human survival relies on suffered serious damage from people,too.The area for grows gingeng have the trendency to reduce. Many kinds of ginseng have extincted and the northeast ginsing also on the brink of extinction.So, how to increase the production of ginseng and converting cropland to forest has the very important significance to protecting natural resources.In order to solve the problem that the shortage of experts and less agricultural application of intelligence to cultive of gensing, based on the existing expert system to carry out the search that based on the artificial neural network and intelligent decision system.In the searching,by using the neural network self-learning function,we can solved the problem that intelligent decision-making system's knowledge and experience is not comprehensive,and the powerless when meet the problem which have not solved, to solve the problems of knowledge updating through constantly rich the content of knowledge base;we can also use the efficiency and the convenient self-learning function of neural network to solve the problem that the difficult knowledge-acquiring of intelligent decision-making system.We can use the examples that the domain experts have solved to training the neural network,so,in the same input conditions,the neural network can require the answer which close as possible to the answers the experts give. In addition,because of the intelligent decision-making system adopt the serial manner and the unflexible of control strategy and the simple inference method,it attribute to the "infinite recursion" and "combination explosion" and the low reasoning speed and low efficiency of intelligent decision-making system.But the neural network realize the reasoning process through the interaction between neurons,the reasoning is parallel and quickly speed.This paper combine with neural network and intelligent decision-making system,fully use their advantages and complementary,according to the previous fertilization produce ginseng production forecast the later ginseng production. And training the neural network,use the trained neural network forecast the ginseng production and guidance the ginseng fertilization.About the ginseng pest,we adopt the method to identified the pictures,use the intelligence decision-making system to diagnosis and identification the pest and give the project to solve.For the users,they can study better and enlarge their knowledge and understand the symptoms of various diseases and pests better.
