Fertilizer application plays an important role in the agriculture development, but along with it,a series of environmental pollution problems are innegligible. At present,the nitrogen fertilizer yield is more than the real need in China,and is no longer restricted factors of crops. Instead, excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer lead to low yield of crops,and a series of problem appeared,such as crop lodging,greed green,late mature,insect pests increased and so on. Because excessive application of fertilizer, the trace elements are insufficient,and aren't supplied by plant system. Along with it,more and more crops and soil appeared which lack of trace element. the yield's and the quality's further improving of crops are limited by the lack of major element (especially in the lack of calcium magnesium).Plants often show the specific symptoms of trace elements lacked,low yield,low quality,even aberrant.At present,With the improvement of living standards,the requirements of agricultural products quality and environmental is enhanced,quality, safety, pollution-free now become the mainstream of agricultural production. In recent years, amino acid fertilizer as a new fertilizer application which have advantages on the nutrition,fertilizer and pollution-free gets more and more attention.In vegetables production,we have long payed more attention on the effects of N,P,K,and the nutritions of macroelements,trace elements,but the studys on the effect of Ca,Mg are less.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have studied the effects of Ca,Mg on tomato from different aspects,included the effect of the Ca,Mg on the production, quality,physiological indexes and other characteristics of tomato,the effect of Ca,Mg with other elements,but the studys on the effect of amino acid with Ca,Mg are less.In this paper,we took L-402 as materials,studied the effect of amino acid with Ca,Mg on crops growth,production and quality by the foliar feed and irrigation,in order to provide the theory basis and practical guidance.In thi study,we analyzed the effect of the fertilizer ratio of amino acid with Ca,Mg, fertilization way,fertilizer ratio with fertilization way on growth,production,quality of tomato.Conclusions:1 Amino acid with Ca played a significant role in promoting tomato growth,and the plant height,stem diameter,yield were significantly higher than other processing.2 The effects of Amino acid with Mg on plant growth,yield of tomato were not obvious.3 There were significantly effect on tomato quality by the foliar feed of the utilize of amino acids with Ca,Mg.The content of soluble sugar and amino acids were significantly higher than other processings;the content of organic acids was lower than other processings; but was no significant effect on the content of VC.4 The effect of utilizing amino acid with Ca,Mg by foliar feed were better than others.
