Mankind has entered the modern civilized society, life has become increasingly richer, not only be stuffed, and eat well, besides people be short of activities, cause nutrition enrich, and thus affluenzas are happened.Fatty acids is benefit to development of nervous system and treatment of coronary heat disease ability, and also play an very important role in cold tolerance and insect-assistance of plants. PUAF in plant such asα- linolenic acid, is the necessary of human body. it originated fromω-3 fatty acid desaturase catalyzing linoleic acid, which is an critical enzyme that can restrict the speed of fatty aeid synthesis. Thus, in order to supplement of essential fatty acids by food, we can try to increase the content of necssary fatty acids in includingα- linolenic acid in a certain plant, by adding the gene copies to enhance the expression level of the gene.Angiotensin inhibitors ACEI plays an important role in renin-angiotensin system, it can inhibit myocardial, kidneys, blood essel walls nervous grain invertase activity, block angiotensinⅡformation, thus effectively adjust blood pressure balance.Rice is one of the most important grain crops in the world. It has been reported that about a half of the world's people take it as their staple food. In this paper, we transformed the fatty acid desaturase(OsFAD3)which plays a critical role in the biosynthesis of PUFAs and Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibito(ACEI)by the genetic engineering into the rice, expecting obtain the rice which can produce trophic factors in indor to improve the quality of rice.The main results are as follows:1.18760 embryogenic calli derived from immature seeds of Minghui3301 were co-cultivated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying OsFAD3 double T - DNA.377 of Hyg resistant calli were obtained with the frequency of 2.01%. 302 of Hyg-resistant calli obtaining transgenic plants from 377 of Hyg-resistant calli have the percentage of 80.11% in the total Hyg-resistant calli.5250 embryogenic calli derived from immature seeds of Minghui3301 were co-cultivated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying ACEI double T - DNA.975 of Hyg resistant calli were obtained with the frequency of 18.57%. 490 of Hyg-resistant calli obtaining transgenic plants from 975 of Hyg-resistant calli have the percentage of 50.26% in the total Hyg-resistant calli. 2. It was indicated that 43 of Hyg-resistant calli ocurrs co-transformation in 302 of Hyg-resistant calli coming from T0 carrying OsFAD3 double T-DNA transformtion. The percentage of co-transformation with hpt and OsFAD3 were 14.73%; OsFAD3 and hpt of 7 clones integrated into different sites of transgenic rice genome.It was indicated that 80 of Hyg-resistant calli ocurrs co-transformation in 468 of Hyg-resistant calli coming from T0 carrying ACEI double T-DNA transformtion. The percentage of co-transformation with hpt and ACEI were 17.78%; ACEI and hpt of 27 clones integrated into different sites of transgenic rice genome.3. Southern blot showed that the target genes were single-copy or two integrated into transgenic rice genome.4. 12 marker free transgenic plants were obtained by PCR from 263 plants of 7 lines.5. RT-PCR showed that the target genes had expressed in transgenic rice. The analysis of the rice quality and fatty acid is still underway.
