To further promote the Chinese milk vetch green manure, the study collected milk vetch from different areas of Fujian province, and isolated 18 strains with the general characteristics of rhizobia from root nodules.Through 16S rDNA sequence analysis to determine their phylogenetic tree after the bacterial identification was taken, which showed YX,Z3,GZ,ZK1 was Mesorhizobium, B3,M6,XZ was Mesorhizobium loti or varieties, ZLH2 was Xanthomonas, M3,M10,ZK7,B4,B7,ZQH was Agrobacterium, B6,B5,B1,Z1 was Rhizobium.Use of agar and water culture method to verify the screening of strains with Min 6, Min 1, 8324411,8410441, Min5 species noduling pairs in vitro, we found GZ, XZ noduling with the best performance.Taken fresh nodule weight,plant height,fresh weight on the ground of the plant,fresh weight underground of the plant,nodule number,root length,total nitrogen content,nitrogenase activity into consideration under the pot experiment, it's found that ZK7 of promoting effect on Yujiangdaye better, ZLH2 on Min6,8410441 is better, GZ on Min1,Yijiangzi and M10 on 8324411 is better. The field experiment with strain B1,B4,GZ,XZ and Min6,8324411,Yujiangdaye species was taken at the same time, the result showed that has no significant difference between treatment and control with the number of nodules,nodulation rate,plant height,stem diameter,nodule fresh weight,plant fresh weight,plant dry weight,nitrogen content analysis. But it's found that pH and organic matter content of the soil has a obvious raising. The reseach is the foundation of explored mechanisms of Rhizobium nodulation and nitrogen fixation, further screening and fermentation.
