Illict veterinary residues are the small amount of veterinary medicines and any "breakdown" products from the veterinary medicine that remain in animals'cell, tissue, organ or edible animal products after slaughter or collection. Consuming animal products with exceeding the veterinary medicine residue will pose a directly or indirectly health risk to people. In this paper, we utilize the technical of small molecule fluorescence immunoassays microarrays, then build up the fast detecting way of illict veterinary residues in animal products and lastly develop the ELISA veterinary residues detection kit for CAP,CLB and STR. Here are the new methods for hapten synthesis:CAP-BSA by the method of EDC, CLB-BSA by the method of diazonium, STR-BSA by the method of NaIO4 oxidation, The hapten by new synthetic methods have high concentration of carrier protein and high coupling ratio between carrier protein and small molecule drug. We used automated bio-chip spotter system to dip these hapten on the agarose film-coated slide to detect CAP,CLB and STR by indirect competitive multianalyte fluorescence immunoassay.We also develop the microarray detection kit about CAP,CLB and STR. According to a large amount of experimental data, we obtain the accuracy of kit:the intra batch coefficient of variation is less than 11%and inter batch coefficients of variation is less than 20%. The precision of kit:coefficient of recovery is more than 40%. The detection limits for analytes were 0.055μg/L (CAP),0.017μg/L (CLB) and 0.08μg/L (STR). Experimental data is in accord with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory guideline, this detection method was shown to be both quantitative and reproducible. The technical parameter of the new developmeng kit meets the requirement published by ministry of agriculture in 2005.According to the thesis, we build up the fast detecting way of illict veterinary residues in animal products, the kit is available for the testing and inspection centers and the companys' self assessment. It puts out the new idea for the detection veterinary residues in animal products.
