The experiment studied the effect of Supplement Nutritional Regulators on production performance, serum biochemical parameters and endocrine hormones for grazing lambs. Growth pattern of grazing lambs were regulated by nutritional supplementation.45 male Bashibai lambs which were three months old, similar body weight and anosis of their lambs was randomly selected on Bashibai sheep breeding base in Yumin county, Tacheng area. The lambs were divided into three groups. The level of Supplement Nutritional Regulators are respectively 20 mg/kg,40 mg/kg for two experiment groups. Control group did not Supplement Nutritional Regulator. The experiment began in June 12 and end in Sep 12. The indicator of body weight, length and serum were collected once a month. The paper has three parts, body length, body height, chest circumference, chest depth, chest width and body weight were measured as the first part. Total protein albumin, globulin, urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase were measured for the second part. Growth hormone, somatostatin, thyroid,3,5,3'-triiodothyronine, insulin and hormones testosterone were measured as the thrid part. The results showed that:The test began in and blood serum until the end of the trial. The paper has 3 parts, body length, body height, chest circumference, chest depth, chest width, body weight and body size index were measured as the first part, total protein albumin, globulin, urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase were measured for the second part, growth hormone, somatostatin, thyroid, a gland of the'original three-iodine acid, insulin and other hormones testosterone were measured for the thrid part. The results showed that:(1) The effect of Supplement Nutritional Regulators on production performance, the cumulation of weight were significantly higher than control group on 5 months and 6 months lamps for two test groups (P<0.05), average daily gain significantly difference (P<0.05), compared with control group, average daily gain increased by 22.92% and 34.38% for the first and second group when the lambs five months old. A comprehensive view, nutritional supplementation regulators could improve weight of lamps. Compared with collator group, the weight of the first and the second group were increased by 2.76 kg and 3.90 kg respectively. Index of body size had increased, however the order of the growth development of body size is not the same for each month stage. The comprehensive ability of the order of the growth development was reflected from the body size index.(2) Compared with to the control group, the concentrations of total protein, albumin, superoxide dismutase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamate-pyruvate transaminase were increased. Concentrations of serum urea nitrogen was lower than control group, so it could improve the role of amino acid transaminase, promoted protein deposition, cleared the free radicals to protect cells normal function. Throughout the experiment, the concentrations of serum alkaline phosphatase was higher control group (P<0.05). Nutritional supplementation was benefit to animal growth, bone growth.(3) The effect of Supplement Nutritional Regulators on endocrine hormones,Compared with control group, serum growth hormone, thyroid hormone,3,5,3'-triiodothyronine, insulin and calcitonin were increased, some months of age had significantly difference(P<0.05). The concentration of serum testosterone were gradually increased along with months of age, however its concentration was lower than control group. Throughout the experiment, growth hormone cooperate with thyroid hormone, 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine and insulin regulated animal growth, promoted protein deposition, increased capacity of digestion and metabolism of lambs.
