| Tobacco information is the inevitable choice of a modern tobacco industry construction. Tobacco pest control network information system building aimed at serving tobacco production development using modern information technology. Strengthen the relationship among farmers, tobacco scientists and experts in tobacco production, thereby strengthening the combination of tobacco production and its' technology and implementing information management of tobacco production, promoting pest control measures and structuring knowledge. At the same time, the tobacco pest control network information provided system integrated services to increase the level of standardized tobacco production, intensive management, industrialization and knowledge.In this study, developed a tobacco pest control network information system based on tobacco diseases and pests prevention knowledge-base and used technologies such as Chinese word segmentation, web technology, mobile MAS SMS technology, OpenMeetings video technology. The main study contents are as follows, firstly designed frame production knowledge representation based on deeply analysis of 55 disease and 108 pests and corresponding prevention knowledge, and designed a framework of tobacco diseases and pests knowledge base according to its'knowledge representation. Secondly, acquired knowledge source non-automatically, removed the repeative knowledge by the search engine composed of word segmentaion, indexer and query facility, completed inquiries by production inference rules. Finally, adopting service-oriented architecture of SOA, the system is divided into seven blocks including knowledge management, knowledge promotion, aided diagnosis, expert video, statistics early-warning, group and blog. And each block is given a detailed business processes, data flow and conmmunication interface. The research achievement meets the actual demand for its intelligence, interactivity and popularity.
