Transgenic feeds safety,ecological risk,may bring environmental problems,as fodder for animal health effects problem,trade issues,property rights has aroused wide concern since its appearance. From deeper sense,it is very significant for transgenic feed detection technology for gm products not only to the detection and transgenic product safety assessment but also to the entire development of genetically modified plants and animals. The current is in urgent need to build accurate,rapid transgenic products inspection technology. It has important realistic significance for us to improve genetically modified crops seeds and its related product management efforts,protect the consumers' right and option. Genetically engineered soybeans and soy products, has been growing by directly or indirectly affect people's lives. Also because of this,genetically modified soybean products on human health and environmental problems aroused people's attention.Based on feed generally modified soybean meals for materials,using the qualitative and quantitative research methods of PCR to study the effects to Lectin gene and exogenous gene of Cp4 epsps and promotor and terminator by rushing and granulating and extrusion processing. Researches show that endogenous gene degrade below to 407bp through processing at 100℃moist-heating for 15min or 130℃dry-heating for 3min. Exogenous gene degrade below to 408bp after 100℃moist-heating for 15min or 120℃dry-heating for 9min.Promotor and terminator turn to degrade by 100℃moist-heating for 3min,whereas dry-heating processing makes no difference. The content of the exogenous gene,promoter and terminate dropped to 2.43%,1.34% and 0.54% after 130℃dry-heating for 9min;The content of the exogenous gene,promoter and terminator dropped to 1.96%,0.78% and 0.32% after 100℃moist-heating for 15 min. In addition the mechanical and liquid nitrogen disintegration make the similar effect on transgenic soybeans. The results also indicate that gene sections and genetically modified content had all degrade to some extent by extrusion processing. There have been detected promoter and terminator in finished feed,and all the feeds have been detected trans genetic antiglyphosate ingredients except fish feed.
