Drip emitters are key equipments in Agricultural irrigation, their performance will directly affect the action and water quality in irrigation systems. Relying on their tenuous and tortuous flow field,drip emitters can supply small flux even in high pressure (that were entitled energy dissipation), which would be ensure water could be saved and the crop production would be increased. Along with the great development of computer technology, many scholar have simulated the flow field of drip emitters with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), these studies mostly focused on the clogging and flow characteristic in drip emitters.However, experimentation indicated that the pipelines in irrigation systems also carry several gas exception solid grain when they are used to irrigated. So the channel structure characteristic of drip emitters not only related with their physical anti-clogging performance and flow characteristic in their flow field, but also related with energy dissipation in their channels and their chemical anti-clogging performance. Therefor,this study concerns on the energy dissipation and gas-liquid two phase flow of the flow field in several types drip emitters with CFD simulation and experimentation. Obtain the average pressure and average volume fraction on the channel sections of drip emitters when they action in different pressure. And based on the summing-up the existing micro-irrigation testing equipments, a micro-irrigation lab multi-function strengthen clogging testing equipment was constructed. In order to contrast with simulation results, the experimentation of energy dissipation and gas-liquid two phase flow were carried out on this testing equipment.In a word, Several conclusion were educed thereinafter:(1) The law of energy dissipation efficiency in every cells of emitters'channel; (2) The law of the infection of structure on energy dissipation efficiency in every cells of emitters'channel ; (3) The law of gas-liquid two phase flow in every cells of emitters'channel .
