The Carposina sasakii Matsumura is an important insect pest of apple fruit in North China. This study choose different sources and host of dealt with biological characteristics of 14 isolates of Beauveria bassiana,1 isolates of Metarhizium anisopliae,1 isolates of Entomophthora delphacisHori. This study, dealt with Carposina sasakii of four aspects . First, The range of the cumulative mortalities of the 16 isolates'of the (1.0 x 107 conidioPhore /mL) against, and for further study due to their higher pathogenicity of fungus;Second, effect of the effort to select effective biological control agents against the Carposina sasakii moth at sublethal concentration, and has reproductive influence at different of conidioPhore concentration; third, Assaye the compatibility of strain Bb7, Bb9 and Bb14 with 4 widely used pesticides, containing 1/2,1/5 and 1/10 fold of the recommended concentrations for field sprays, and the synergy effect;Fourth,in the simulation test, effect of compatibility good insecticide blends with B.b of conidioPhore concentration at different temperature and relative humidity.First result indicates,Among the 16 isolates tested significant difference was found in mortality of the pest, mycelium growth, sporulating time, spore yield and against C. sasakii larvae. Through comprehensive comparisons the isolate Bb7, Bb9 and Bb14 was selected as the most suitable isolate for further study due to their higher pathogenicity, i.e. mortality of 73.33%, 77.78% and 80.00%, faster mycelium growth and higher spore yield. Results showed that the LT50 for Bb7, Bb9 and Bb14 is 8.45d,7.50d,8.42d,the LC50 is 1.76×105 1, 3.03×106 , and 2.10×105 spores·mL -1 respectively.Second, the result of compatibility of strain Bb7, Bb9 and Bb14 with 4 widely used pesticides, different fungus of Beauveria bassiana concentration of longevity of the Carposina sasakii moth, fecundity of adults, sublethal effective and rate of mating of larvae stage was reduced. It could significantly decrease the pupation rate, emergence rate, longevity and fecundity of adults. When treated with different of concentration of Beauveria bassiana on the C. sasakii larvae, the fecundity ( 106 eggs/ female) and rate of mating(57.58%) were lower than that of control, respectively.the Spawning prophase(2.19 d, 1.99 d, 2.16 d)were delaier than that of control, respectively.Third, pesticides intermix with test of Beauveria bassiana′s compatibilityis better than disinfectant. The mortality 1/2 field concentration intermix with ZhiDi pesticides(95.56%),1/10 field concentration intermix with aweijunsu pesticides(86.67%) on the Carposina sasakii larvas. Two pesticide intermix with the Bb15 LT50 of Carposina sasakii larvas in the control, respectively (4.52 d and 6.54 d.) .Fourth, the results shown: At the same temperature, the different concentrations of pesticide intermix with the Beauveria bassiana of Bb15 on Carposina sasakii larvas, the pathogenicity couldn't significantly in the control, respectively. At the same concentration intermix with the pesticide and at different temperature, at the 25℃,the mortality Were significantly lower than that of control, respectively of the 21℃and 23℃; The water content between 5-11%,the mortality couldn't significantly in the control, respectively.
