| The Regulation of the excessive growth of algae in water is a research focus in the fields of environmental ecology and aquaculture. Now a certain achievement has obtained in the control of algae biomass by biological measures, while the study on the algae biomass control in aquarium, by aquatic animal, is very limited. In this paper, we took the Anodonta woodiana as research object, filtration rate as physiological index. We found that when the temperature is 25℃,the pH is 7~8, the weight of the Anodonta woodiana is 50~100g, we got that the effect of wiping out phytoplankton is best.By taking nibbling animal(Hypostomus punctatus, Acantopsis choirorhynchos, Acantopsis choirorhynchos) as research object, clearance rate as physiological index, we found that the Hypostomus punctatus is the most suitable species for the clearance of periphyton in the three.By taking the Hypostomus punctatus as research object, clearance rate as physiological index, the effect of filtration was studied in the different situations. We studied the different body lengthes and different water temperatures. The body length we choose such groups as follows:<6cm, 7~8cm, 10~11cm, 13~14cm and 15~16cm, meanwhile we compared the different temperatures including 16℃,20℃and 24℃. We found that the length group of 10~11cm is the best clearance group. The water temperature which ranges from 20 to 24℃, is helpful to the Hypostomus punctatus's clearance effect. In addition, in this paper we choose Poecilia reticulata as research object , the total nitrogen. total phosphorus and dissolved oxygen as physiological index, the trend of these factors were determind at different daily feeding rates(1%,3%,5%&7%). The best suitable daily feeding rate is 1%~3%.In a word, the Poecilia reticulata (the main part in aquarium as pet fish), Anodonta woodiana (the auxiliary facilities for clearing away Phytoplankton) and Hypostomus punctatus (the auxiliary facilities for sweeping away adhesive algae) constitute a aquatic ecosystem in this paper , The following factors as physiological index : total nitrogen. total phosphorus , dissolved oxygen and chlorophyll a. in this case ,the trends of above factors and agle biomas changes in different culture combination(group A: The Poecilia reticulata only; Group B :The Poecilia reticulata & Anodonta woodiana; Group C : The Poecilia reticulata , The Anodonta woodiana & The Hypostomus punctatus) were determined. The results showed that under given conditions , the Group C can control the biomass of algae. |
