Fertilizer is important agricultural material. According to research, science and technologies accent for seventy percent of the efficiency in increasing food in the world,the main techniques include excellent seeds, chemistry material (fertilizer and pesticide) and irrigation. From which we can conclude that fertilizer possesses an important degree in agriculture of the world. Our country is excessive in producing fertilizer, the quantity of production and use is both the most in the world. The are a of field land in our country is less than seven percent of that in the world population. Agriculture and national economy of our country are affected actively by utilizing fertilizer rationally and researching techniques of fertilization.Agriculture of our country is developing from conventional one to modern one, but when all comes to all.It has not broken away from conventional confine completely comparing with developed countries. Many research of agriculture techniques have already began. Advanced techniques and measures are researched and applied in the developed regions, but there are still many questions in fertilization such as low efficiency of fertilization, environmental pollution, etc. Precision Agriculture is a new research to adapting the demand of information development after LISA, the total notions of Precision Agriculture are based on special variability, the core of it is managing variational elements accurately and investment of crops based on the practical demand after measure then and there. Precision Agriculture realizes fertilization totally based on soil, crops and time, so it has obvious economical and environmental benefits.
