This experimental goal is provides the scientific basis for the non- environmental pollution vegetables production and the pollution soil improvement as well as the non-environmental pollution vegetables base development plan.Through the glasshouse pot experiment, first studied the influence of varying degree Cd, Pb to lettuce's grows, chlorophyll, photosynthesis factor;Then, In order to get the relationship between mental pollution in soil and vegetables , choose common foliage vegetables as material, study the relativity between the polluted vegetables and the soil of different concentration of Cd, Pb, forecast the soil pollution threshold values to produce the green vegetablesFinally, aim to Cd, Pb pollution soil, carry on different function principle modifier to Improve the polluted soil, riddling the highly effective and feasible soil modefier.The results showed that:(1) Cd, Pb poison to vegetables controlled by the dual factors of time and concentration;(2) When Cd Content is smaller or equal to1.25mg/kg,it promote lettuce's growth, chlorophyll content and physo-ecological factors, when Cd Content is beyond 1.25mg/kg,it suppress them, Its suppression degree is decided by the Cd dosage;(3 ) lettuce's photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance , transpiration rates, internao CO2 concentration and chlorophyll content have a better relevance;(4 ) When Pb Content is smaller or equal to218mg/kg, it promote lettuce's growth, and physo-ecological factors in different degree,have no evident affect to chlorophyll content, when Pb Content is equal to 418mg/kg,it suppress lettuce's growth, the leaf aging is obvious in growth later period;(5) The Cd , Pb contents in the vegetables and the soil correlated obviously;(6) the Cd, Pb threshold values in soil were: Lettuce Plant 0.3199±0.0349 mg·kg-1mg·kg-1, 15.42±2.4469 mg·kg-1, Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Briq 0.3335±0.01904 mg·kg-1, 3.72±3.5855mg·kg-1 , Lpomoea aquelica 0.1952±0.1072mg·kg-1 , 10.91±1.7872 mg·kg-1, lettuce 0.1554±0.0064mg·kg-1, 11.92±2.1512mg·kg-1 , Amaranthus hypochondriacus 0.2690±0.0532mg·kg-1, 15.86±2.4254mg·kg-1;...
