The research was carried on platform of "China National Soil Fertility and Fertilizer Efficiency Long-term Monitoring Network(Zhengzhou.Henan)" from 2004 to 2005 to investigate the effects of the long-term fertilization on rhizosphere nutrition and yield, quality of high gluten wheat in calcareous Chao soil through the methods of field and pot trail. The main results were as follows:1. The pH value of the CK and PK treatments were much lower in the rhizosphere than that in the bulk soil. And the distinction were biggest among all treatments, soil organic matter content of the CK and PK treatments was gradually declining. The pH value in the rhizosphere and the bulk soil of the long-term applied nitrogen fertilizer and combined with P, K treatments at different stages were less than that of PK and CK treatments, the soil organic matter content of N, NP and NPK treatments was declining from jointing stage to shooting stage, and then increasing from shooting stage to mature stage, andit was gradually declining in the bulk soil, the soil organic matter content of NK treatment was gradually declining. The rhizosphere pH values of the long-term applied organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatmentswas lower than that of in the bulk soil at the jointing stage. And at the shooting and mature stages, in addition to the MNPK2 treatment, the pH value of the other treatment was higher in the rhizosphere than in the bulk soil. And the organic matter content of all the treatments were higher than that of long-term applied chemical fertilizers treatment from jointing to mature.2. The soil available-N of the CK and PK treatments were lower than that of other treatments at different stages. In the long-term no phosphorus fertilizer treatments(CK, N, NK), soil available phosphorous content were much low, and available potassium content had the same trendency with available phosphorous.Long-term use nitrogen and combined with other chemical fertilizer treatments(N, NP, NK, NPK), at jointing phase, there were no significantly difference of soil available nitrogen content were between the rhizosphere than the bulk soil. The...
