With the applying of the Hog Cholera vaccine, the rate of disease and death of HC was obviously reducing. Besides the typical HC, atypical Hog Cholera(HC) was found in some region orpig farm by detecting the HCV antigen.In order to discuss a kind of reasonable immunity time and procedure for Hog Cholera and causing of HC which were strong or inform, we did this experiment. To immunize vaccinate piglets and sow by different time and dosage, then collected sera and detected Hog Cholera antibody level. The results obtained are as follows:1. The technology of immunity fluorescence antibody could be used to diagnose the HC in the end after diagnosing at first from the epidemic and symptom and pathology.2. There was not significantly difference that the HC antibodies were detected between IHA and Dot-ELISA and the immunity test paper of HC antibody for the different developing stage of swine.3. There was significantly different in the level of HC antibodies at the different developing stage. The effect of immunity was better in the produced swine than that of the raising swine and in support, but HC did not happened in the raising stage.4. The experiments of ELISA indicated that the pigs with low HCV antibody titer have poor immune response to vaccination and might become inapparent infection and transfer it vertically the virus to the offspring.
