The Effect Of Laminaria And Laminaria Fermention On Galactopoiesis In Wistar Rats

Backgroud :Laminaria japonica Aresch belongs to brown alga .It is a large type economic alga. It distribute very wide in the ocean .China ancientry had recorded brown alga curative prescription in many literature,but have no record about galactopoiesis function of brown alga. Laminaria japonica Aresch has been used traditionally as a folk remedy for milk scarcity at early lactation and later gestation of woman in Korea.Probiotics is a new feed additive.It can prevent disease,enhance the growth and improve feed conversation rate (FCR) by regulating intestinal microbe balance. In order to exploit fully Laminaria resource,the experiment was conduct to research the effect of Laminaria and Laminaria fermention on galactopoiesis in wistar rats.Methods:In this research ,including two parts were conducted to determine the effect of microbe ferment on chemic ingredient in Laminaria powder solution and the effect of Laminaria and Laminaria fermention on galactopoiwsis in wistar rats.The first part of experiment is to ferment different concentration(3%,5%,7%) Laminaria powder solution by probiotics including TS-12,TS-14,TS-01,TS-02.After twenty-four hours, The concentration of mannitol ,polysaccharide and probiotics in fermention liquid were measured at every 3 hours until 33hours.The second part:56 pregnant rats were divided randomly into 7groups with 8 replicates every group at the day of confinement:...
