Study On Soil Water-holding Capacity And Soil Moisture Availability In Jiangsu Province

Water shortage is one of the most serious problems in our country.In our country, agriculture has consumed the 80% of total water consumption and the agriculture production is perplexed by water shortage.With the development of social economy,the water consumption of industry and living is increasing sharply,so it is important to develop water-saving agriculture,thereinto,soil water-holding capacity and moisture availability is important to develop water-saving agriculture.This paper circumfuse transformation and effective useing of soil moisture,It discuss soil water-holding capacity and moisture availability in Jiangsu Province and analyze water-saving potential of soil, the main production are as following:(1) This paper mensurate the basic physics properties and chenistry properties of various soils in Jiangsu province and mensurate soil moisture characteristic curves and figure out their functions.On this base, this paper analyze water-holding of various soils in Jiangsu province,then know soil water-holding capacity of various soils in Jiangsu province.(2) Figuring out the saturated water content, field capacity,wilting coefficient, maximum hygroscopicity and classify the soil moisture according to soil moisture characteristic curve,including gravitational water, effective water(available water for normal growth,rapidly available water,slowly available water)and unavailable water.in order to analyze soil moisture availability, this paper figure out the distribution of available pore space and discover:when the soil texture become slabby,available water hole decrease and unavailable water hole increase.In addition, this paper figure out the water capacity under different suction,then know the soil moisture availability of various soils in Jiangsu province.On this basis,this paper bring forword guide line of water-saving potential of soil—T and its calculation formula, according to the formula, the paper figure out water-saving potential of various soils,then know water-saving potential of various soils in Jiangsu province.In addition,this paper draw dynamic...
