Population And Pathogenicity Of Fusarium Associated With Alfalfa In Arid-irrigated Area Of Gansu Province

1. The soil fungi population structure of AlfalfaFrom 2004 to 2005, soil samples of alfalfa were collected in the experiment field of Gansu agriculture university campus. In different seasons, 47 genera fungi were obtained by isolation and identification. The dominent genus was Fusarium sp., then Penicillium sp., Mucor spp., Acremonium sp., Alternaria sp., Humicola sp. and Aspergillus sp. 2.
