1. The soil fungi population structure of AlfalfaFrom 2004 to 2005, soil samples of alfalfa were collected in the experiment field of Gansu agriculture university campus. In different seasons, 47 genera fungi were obtained by isolation and identification. The dominent genus was Fusarium sp., then Penicillium sp., Mucor spp., Acremonium sp., Alternaria sp., Humicola sp. and Aspergillus sp. 2. The variety of soil fungi among seasonsThe quantities of soil fungi was different among seasons, which in the summer was the most, in autumn the second , in spring the third, and winter the forth ; Through the correlation analysis, the quantity of the fungi was obviously related to the average temperatures and rainfall per month, and the rainfall was more important than the temperature to it; The main genera among seasons were different. 26 genera were obtained in the autumn, in which Fusariu sp., Stemphylium sp., Alternaria sp., Acremonium sp., Humicola sp. etc were the main genera; 24 genus were isolated in the winter, in which Fusarium spp., Alternaria sp., Humicola sp., Acremonium sp. and Penicillium sp. etc. were the main genera; 23 genera were obtained in the spring, in which Fusarium sp., Aspergillu sp., Mucor sp., Briarea sp. and Alternaria sp. were the main genus; 22 genera were obtained in the summer, in which Penicillium sp., Mucor sp., Echinobotryum sp., Fusarium sp. and Humicola sp. etc. were the main genus3.
