| The effects and method of the photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on the aquaculture of the Takifugu obscurus were studied in the paper. During the cultivating of the larval, we investigated the value of PSB using for feedstuff and water decontaminate. To solve the pollution of the pond's bottom layer, we invent a new method to immobilize the PSB. The method has advantages with two means of technique such as embedding and adsorption. Based on the variation of the water quality and the growth of the Takifugu obscurus, the function and the mechanism of the immobilized PSB was discussed.The experiment of the cultivating of larval showed that larval could benefit from PSB in many aspects. During the first 6 days, PSB could be dainty for the larval on account of the PSB's size and nutrition. Consequently, the livability of the larval could be increased in the first 6 days. However, the general dosage of the PSB couldn't have the same effects as foodstuff during the cultivating of the growth Takifugu obscurus. The effects of the PSB on the growth of Takifugu obscurus mainly present in the water purifying.The experiences of the aquaculture indicated that the water pollution in aquaculture mainly present in the bottom layer's pollution. The technique of immobilized microorganism should be the best way to resolve the difficulty nowadays. Considering the practical situation of the aquaculture in China, we invent a new method to immobilize the PSB. The recipe of the products is listed as following: 10mL PSB, 2.4+0.5g adsorption material, 2mLl% embedding material. The amount of the PSB in the granule could be 1.33×1010per gram products. The results showed that the method has many advantages such as low expense and easy making.
