Water is a key factor to restrict vegetation rehabilitation and reestablish in arid and semi-arid on Loess plateau .In the condition of limited precipitation, Vegetation community density very strongly affects its normal growth by adjusting soil moisture. This paper study the correlation between the site factors, stand biomass and stand densiy form the angle of stand densiy aimed at ensuring the fittest afforestation density under local water situation to provide proposals for eco-encironment recovery and reconstruction. We use the advanced instruments to research the soil moisture. Through imitating the feature curve of soil moisture of different stand, we know the character of soil moisture of different stand, and through classifing to soil moisture, we calculate the effective value of soil moisture of different stand. The Robinia psedoaeacio is the mostly preventing drought tree.Through studying the site factors under different site types and density Robinnia pseudoscacia forest, we can draw the following conclusions: site types and stand density have prominent effects on soil water content; the soil water vertical variation tendency of four site types is basically identical at the same time period, show a tendency to reduce from top to bottom; the size of differ site soil water moisture mean is as the following: sunny slope
