Asian Lilium Tissue Culture And Study On Its Morphogenesis Ways

Using scale, floral organs and sterilerized leaf of Asian lilium — mirella as explants, this thesis had succeeded in establishing the clone system. In the process of tissue culture, the morphogenesis ways of different explants were observed and compared through method of paraffin wax slice. The following indexes had been studied: the conditions which would affect morphogenesis ways, the process of morphogenesis and the positions of cells started to dedifferentiation etc. The best mediums that suited different explants and the best methods that induced buds were decided. The characteristic and the process were studied in the course of morphogenesis. The main results were as following:(1) The ability of scales being induced adventitious buds was various because of the different positions. The order was base>middle>top.
