In this paper, anatomical structure, chemical characteristics of bark from Acacia spp. artiflcial forest was measured and analyzed. Based on this, tests were carried out to manufacture molding products with bark as raw material. The research results show below: (1) The bark of Acacia spp. is composed of laminated tissues. Two or three layers of thickened and elongated parenchyma cells with big lumen divide the bark of Acacia spp. into two parts, inner bark and rhytidome. In inner bark of Acacia spp., layers of phloem fiber, layers of parenchyma-sieve tube arrange themselves alternatively on radial direction. In rhytidome of Acacia crassicarpa, periderm encloses fiber- scleroid block like fish scale, arrange themselves alternatively on radial direction.
