Randomized block design was used in the experiment. Biologic fertilizer was fertilized in the form of mixing fertilizer and mixing seed fertilizer. After different biologic fertilizer was used in soybean, utilizable ratio of biologic fertilizer which was fertilized in different form to compare the change of root enzyme activity and plant absorbability of N,P. The seed was Dongnong42.The result showed that accumulation of soybean dry-matter was effected obviously by beer biologic organic fertilizer. The total trend of dry-matte was"S"curve which was slow-quick-slow. The speed of seeding period was slow, the speed of dry-matter accumulating in florescence period to seed-filling period was quick and the speed was slow after seed-filling period. It had no difference in dry-matter accumulating of seeding period in every fertilizer disposal. It was obvious after seeding period, and speed became quick. Mixing seed fertilizer was more than mixing fertilizer, but all accumulation of disposed soybean dry-matter was more than CK. Disposal C was more than other disposals.The regular was C>B>A>D>CK.Root urease activity was effected obviously by beer biologic organic fertilizer. The regular was throwing-line. Root urease activity was slow in early period of growth. Root urease activity was most quick in middle period of growth. Root urease activity was slow in late period of growth. Root urease activity was most slow in mature period. Compared different fertilizing ways that mixing seed fertilizer was more mixing fertilizer to root urease activity in every period of growth, disposal C was more than other disposal which showed it was good to root urease activity through granule fertilizer. The regular was C>B>A>D>CK.Catalase activity was effected obviously by beer biologic organic fertilizer. The regular was throwing-line. Catalase activity was slow in early period of growth. Catalase activity was increasing in period of growth. Catalase activity was slow after florescence period. Compared to different fertilizing ways , catalase activity of mixing seed fertilizer was better than mixing fertilizer, disposal C was more than other disposal in mixing seed fertilizer and mixing fertilizer which showed it was good to root catalase activity through granule fertilizer. The regular was C>B>D>A>CK.After using beer biologic organic fertilizer, percent of N, P of leaf, stem and root in mixing seed fertilizer was more than mixing fertilizer. disposal C was more than other disposals. The regular was C>A>B>D>CK. Granule fertilizer was useful to soybean absorb N and P, which was seldom in Chinese reports.
