With the development of the study on extreme environment microorganism, microbial ecology of the extreme environment microorganism is well noticed. Shannxi is one of the 6 greatest salty soil in China, and the salty soil distribute in Yulin and Weinan area mostly. This experiment was to reveal the distributing of microorganism in the salty soil especially actinomycete, the internal relations between soil factors and microorganism, and selected some especial strains. We designed different sampling location and time, and gained 59 soil samples in Shannxi province. We mensurated soil salinity, soil nutrient, soil enzyme, pH of the 59 soil samples, separated microorganism of the soil samples and counted. Further, we did salinity tolerance test and the primary classification of the 1500 strains. The conclusion suggest:1 The spatiotemporal distribution of microorganism in salty soil in Shannxi province.Among the three great salty soil eara, the number of microorganism distribution is: Jingbian > Dingbian > Weinan. Among five salty soil types, the microorganism distribution is:(alkali soil, composite soil)> single type soil. In four salinity degree soil, the amount is:(decline salinity, Light salinity)>( middle salinity, heavy salinity).As soil layer becoming deep, the quantity of microorganism becomes few.At different sampling date, the quantity of fungi and bacteria is:(September, November)>(March, June). Actinomycete is: March > November > September > June.2 The relationship between soil factor and quantity of microorganismAmong soil factors, the positive interaction to quantity of bacteria is: HCO3- > organic matter> polyphenoloxidase > active phosphorus. The negative interaction is: CO32- > sucrase >total salt > pH > phosphatase. The positive interaction to quantity of fungi is: total salt > Cl- > phosphatase > K+ > CO32- > pH > sucrase > Ca2+. The negative interaction is: SO42-> HCO3-> organic matter > active nitrogen > Mg2+ > active phosphorus > urease. The positive interaction to quantity of actinomycete is: SO42- > phosphatase > K+> Cl- > polphenoloxidase > active nitrogen > HCO3-. The total salt is the greatest negative interaction factor to quantity of actinomycete.3 The composition of actinomycete in salty soil in Shannxi provinceThermoactrnomyces, micromonospora and micropolyspora are the main genus in non-streptomycete genus. Albosporus, flavus, globisporus, cinereus, griseofuscus and aureus are the main groups in streptomycete genus.
