The iron deficiency of fruit trees is a main production problem that affects the amount of fruit increase and the benefit of fruit growers. The writer carried out researches on the spot, in Longquan, Chengdu, collected soil and leaves samples analyzed in laboratory, and concretely tested the current method using Fe-EDDHA to correcting iron deficiency chlorosis. The writer obtained the results as follows:1. Through the contrastive analysis on soil and leaves in different chlorosis rating degree orchards and trees, we know that there exists several main factors leading to peach trees' chlorosis, which are high pH, low available iron and high content of HCO3'. These factors influence the action of iron in leaves, make the content of available iron down. Finally, the leaves chlorosis emerges.2. The available iron in different chlorosis leaves displays an apparent difference, the normal leaves is clearly higher than chlorisis leaves. Therefore, we can make the available iron of leaves as a criterion to judge whether the peach tree exists the iron efficiency chlorosis.3. Accompanying the iron deficiency chlorosis rating degree increase, the content of leaf chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll reduced, chlorophyll a/b increased, net photosynthetic rate reduced, transpiration rate changed little.4. After using Fe-EDDHA, the content of chlorophyll and available iron was increased, the photosynthesis of leaves was promoted, the quality of fruit was...
