| This study investigated the effect of cellulase and urea on the production performance and some blood biochemical indexes of dairy cows. Some metabolic mechanisms have been studied. Four experiments are included:Experiment1: Studying the effect of cellulase. 24 healthy Holstein cows which had similar body weight and similar age were allocated randomly into six groups, each in equal number: treat I(5g cellulase), treat II(10g cellulase), treat III(15g cellulase), treat IV(20g cellulase), treat V(supplemental25g cellulase), and control. Studying each indexes and changing tendency of every group. The results show that supplemental cellulase increased milk yield significantly (P<0. 01), and the best group was supplemental 10g cellulase. It had the tendency of decreasing CF percentage in dung, but not significantly (P>0. 05).Experiment2: studying the effect of urea. 24 healthy Holstein cows which had similar body weight and similar age were allocated randomly into six groups, each in equal number: treat I(10g urea), treat II(30g urea), treat III(60g urea), treat IV(90g urea), treat V(120g cellulase), and control. Studying each indexes and changing tendency of every group. The results show that supplemental urea increased milk yield significantly (P<0. 01), and the best group was supplemental 60g urea. It had the tendency of milk protein percentage and blood fat percentage, but not significantly (P>0. 05).Experiment3: studying the effect of cellulase and urea together onHigh-Pruducing-Cows. Choose 3 cellulase dosages based on the experiment1, that issupplemental cellulase 5g, 10g, 15g; Choose 3 urea dosages based on experiment 2, thatis supplemental urea 30g, 60g, 90g. Each group has 3 cows. Studying each indexes andchanging tendency of every group. The results show that supplemental cellulase and ureatogether increased milk yield significantly (P<0.01). It had the tendency of increasingmilk protein percentage and blood glulase, but not significantly (P>0. 05). Meanwhile italso had the tendency of decreasing CF percentage in dung, but not significantly(P>0. 05). In all groups, the group of supplemental 15g cellulase and supplemental 30gurea is best.Experiment4: studying the effect of cellulase and urea together on Low-Pruducing-Cows. Choose 3 cellulase dosages based on the experiment1, that is supplemental cellulase 5g, 10g, 15g; Choose 3 urea dosages based on experiment2, that... |
