Reticuloendotheliosis(RE) and avian leucosis of subgroup J(AL-J) are two important avain diseases that can induce tumor in chickens. Although this kind disease can't cause the chickens dead directly, it can decline the resistance of the chickens and take a great loss to the breed aquatics of chickens. The multiple infection of reticuloendotheliosis (REV) and other virus such as Marek's Disease Virus (MDV) et al exists at large, especially the coinfection of reticuloendotheliosis (REV) and avian leucosis virus of subgroup J(ALV-J) from clinic cases are reported recently. In order to discuss the interference of viremia and antibody caused by reticuloendotheliosis (REV) and avian leucosis virus of subgroup J(ALV-J), 200 SPF chickens are divided into 4 groups randomly at 1d: one is injected REV, the other is ALV-J, the third is REV+ALV-J and the fourth is Hank's liquid as negative control at 2d separately; the chickens are immuned as usual; on 14d, 21d, 35d and 49d, 30 chickens are taken out from these groups and the serial numbers are given contemporarily. The fresh blood containing anticoagulant are collected without any bacterias from 6 of the 30 chickens to test the viremia; the other blood are collected in the normal way to test antibodies; the viremia are detected by the plaque of virus and the level of antibody are detected by ELISA.The results of the first experiment are as follows: 1) The coinfection of REV can interfere the dynamic viremia level of ALV-J obviously(P<0.05)on 2w, but the coinfection of ALV-J can't interfere the dynamic viremia level of REV(P>0.05). 2) When only infected with ALV-J, there is 30%(5/16)chicken which has antibody of ALV-J after 5w. But the positive rate of ALV-J antibody is 0 when coninfected with REV before 7w. The emerge of antibody of ALV-J is inhibitated because of coinfection of REV, although the coinfection of ALV-J don't affect the emerge of antibody of REV. 3) Compared the dynamic viremia level and the level of antibody at the same time, when the SPF...
