Along with the development of rabbit industry, the rabbit diarrhoea disease was also serious increasingly, especially the diarrhoea caused by E.coli, The young rabbit precede-weaned or post- weaned had a high death rate, leading to a heavy economy lose, thus was seriously restricting the growth of young rabbit development of rabbit industry. This research was based on the isolation and identification of pathogenic E.coli from rabbit, and their OMPs were determined and their genic association was weighed, which provide thereunder for the prevention and cure of E.coli. And then and then Protective Immunity of Pathogenic Escherichia Coli Isolates Of Rabbits Origin were studied on the level of animal and cell,which provided theory basis for studying falling ill mechanism and the control measure of this disease and provide a quick and accurately diagnosis for rabbit diarrhoea.
