Studies on endophytic fungi from home and broad and the importantce of it was summarized at first in this paper. The content of the summary include distribute, diversity and function of endophytic fungi in Dendrobium and bioecology characteristic and worthiness in application of Dendrobium. In this study, primary research is Isolation and morphological and molecular identification of endophytic fungi in Dendrobium.A question about how to distinguish between endophytic fungi and exterior fungi in plant by ways of normal tissue surface disinfection isolated is ofen doubt .To settle it,a way named tussue print culture was used and a way how to isolate endophytic fungi from plant as much as possibly is introduced too.The research investigate endophytic fungi diversity in Dendrobium and 110 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem ,root, leaf and flower of Dendrobiumand, and 23 strains of in them were morphologically and molecularly identified to belong to 23 genera, 14 families , 9 orders,6 class and 3 phylum. It has shown that diversity endophytic fungi in Dendrobium is wide, and dominant group is Glomerella, Colletotrichum, Phomopsis, Alternaria, Xylaria. The papers list large fungi and pathogenic fungi in Dendrobium and analyze nosogenesis of host plant. It is report that three strains reproduce by sexual means in PDA madium and large fruits were obversed .This is first report about Ascomycota from isolatation plant tussue giving fruit except mycena dendrobii Fan et Guo of Basidiomycota. And a way about how to culture them was report. Dm01 Strain is identified by morphological identification and it belongs to Xylaria ,and it may be Xylaria apiculata, that is identified by molecular identification.and its anamorph may be Fusarium .By morphological and molecular identification it is ensure that Xylaria in Dendrobium belong to three group.Ten special stains of isolates were selected to detect function of cytotoxin of them by establish model of using BrineShrimp eggs as indication to select stains that have activity of anticancer in order to make a preparative that further selecting anticancer matterfinally, this study report that another microorganism in Dendrobium was indentified...
