In this article, the soil physical-chemistry character and field condition of different land use meadow soil in Songnen plain was studied. The results showed that different land use has obvious effect on soil physical-chemistry character. On the condition of drought furrow, paddy furrow and spontaneous resume, the soil profile levels, the content of nutrient in different layer and the soil physical-chemistry character have difference. Measurable exploit meadow soil directionally has propitious to postpone the soil salinity.In the field profile observation, different land use types have clearly effect on. In the bed structure of upland we can see that A layer of upland soil genetic horizon has not develop sub-layer. This means that upland soil development has not reach homeostasis with local typical soil development. After combining A1layer with A2layer,we can see the dept of solum: mowing grassland>newly-assart paddy field and long-term cultivate paddy field > graze grassland > upland. Because of low covering, the erode degree of graze grassland topsoil is very serious. So compared with the high covering mowing grassland, the depth of solum is thin. Upland will accelerate the wind erosion of surface soil and lead to the soil thin. But grassland prohibited graze and opening up paddy fields can significantly reduce the surface soil erosion.In 5 typical soil profiles, the soil profile nutrient contents of long-term cultivate paddy field are high, every nutrient content has little change with the depth of soil. As the same time, Variation regularity of nutrient content existenced in soil profile is basically identical. The soil profile nutrient contents of newly-assart paddy field appeared a peak value in P-layer. The Clay Particle Content of P-layer existenced in newly-assart paddy field soil profile is higher than others; The Clay Particle has adsorptive action on soil nutrient. The soil profile nutrient contents of upland are lower than grassland soils especially the contents of available N and available K. The reason is that surface crops have effect on soil. Sunflower has high needs on Nitrogen and Potassium, so the nutrient contents decreased. There is little difference between the soil profile nutrient contents of mowing grassland and graze grassland, but the organic matter content of mowing grassland soil profile is higher than graze grassland.The sequence of CEC in 5 soil profiles: long-term cultivate paddy field> newly-assart paddy field > mowing grasslandand> graze grassland > upland.
