Study On The Rule Of Pathological Development Of Duckling Be Infected Experimental By Aflatoxin And Research On The Immunohistochemistry To Detect Aflatoxin In Paraffine-embedded Sequential Tissues

The pathological changes and microstructure of duckling which be infected experimental by alfatoxin were observed by technology of histological paraffin slice and microcosmic slice; The comparative research of different toxic-reducing-reagent were made by different pathological transformations of ducklings fed the feedstuff which deal with the different toxic-reducing-reagent; The immunohistochemical technology of detecting aflatoxin B₁ in paraffine-embedded sequential tissues was established by using monoclonal antibody to aflatoxin B₁. And distribution of AFB₁ in ducklings vivo was studied. The series of results were as follows:1. 7 days-old yingtaogu ducklings were fed with the feedstuff that contains AFB₁(150bbp), two ducklings were dissected on every time of 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, 168, 192 hours and took heart,liver, spleen,lung,kidney,brain,duodenum, pancreas.(1) Macroscopic characteristic: much yellow fibrin exuded from air cell, liver and kidney were swoln.(2) Histopathology transformations: Liver, vacuolar degeneration and swollen in hepatocytes, small bile ducts proliferated. Focal and cord-like aggregations of a great number of plasma cell and eosinophils are present in hepatic lobules. And some hepatocytes were swollen, nucleus is eccentrically place; Kidney, granular degeneration was showed in epithelia of renal tubules in kidney, focal and cord-like aggregations of a great number of eosinophils are present in renal tubules. Glomerulus was swollen and filled up Bowman's capsule, glomerular capillaries appear congestion. And some of nucleus of epithelia of renal tubules was shrunken and deeply stained; Spleen, capillaries in red pulp were distented and filled with erythrocytes, splenic trabecula were strongly dilated and filled with serosity; Brain, space which in the brain meninges and around capillaries and neurons were enlarged; Heart, thickened epicardium was swollen and granular degeneration were showed in myocardium. Some of nucleus was shrunken and deeply stained, myocardium showed a homogeneous, deep-red color. Duodenum, epithelia of mucosa of duodenum were desquamated.
