Rabies is a dangerous disease. In this study, the cDNA fragments containing Glycoprotein gene of rabies ERA strain was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with primers ERG1/ERG2, and then the cDNA fragment was cloned to PMD-18T.After sequencing , the cDNA fragment was subcloned to PET-32a.Tirteen strains of oral germ were seperatted from dogs, inclunding Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Branhamella catarrhalis, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Haemophilusinfluenae ,Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus oris, Lactobacillus salivarius, Prevotella intermedia ,Streptococcus salivarius ,Veillonella parvula, Stomatcoccus.mucilaginousus, Acinetobacter.lwoffi. In order to produced a kind of new recombinant live vaccine, the PET-G, a new plasimid was contrusted by PET-32a and Glycoprotein gene, was translated to thirteen trains germ which have been isolated. The result show that, PET-32a can not be translated to other kinds of germs except Escherichia coli strain.
