Experiment is carried on originally in three steps. The first, relation between resistance temperatures, viability of seeds and heat-resistance was studied in the bud; the second, consistence between coerce temperatures,viability of seeds and heat-resistance was researched in the seeding; the third, under the sieved temperature stress, correlation between content of physiological and biochemical indexes and heat-resistance was conducted; at last, method system of heat-resistance in the bud and seeding was built up.The result showed:(1). Relationship between seed vigour and heat resistance Relative germination percentage,relative germination index,relative viability index in radishes all have remarkable differentia, which could be suitable indexes for sieving breeds. At the same time, 35℃was suitable coerce temperature. The result showed: the higher value of three indexes be, the more heat-resistant the radishes be.(2). Relationship between heat index and heat-resistance Handled for five days at the 35℃stress, withered leaves of seeding showed marked difference. Furthermore, heat injury index was an ideal one to sieve viabilities. The result showed: the lower the value of heat injury index be, the more heat-resistant be.(3). Relationship between heat-resistance and physiological and biochemical changes Handled for five days at the 35℃stress,content change of Put and ADC showed marked positive correlation.(4). Heat-resistance standards based on seed viability: Heat-resistant variety: relative germination percentage was more than or equal to 90%, relative germination index was more than or equal to 90%, relative viability index was more than or equal to 90%; Mid-heat resistant variety: relative germination percentage was between 55% and 90%, relative germination index was between 55% and 90%, relative viability index was 55% and 75%;...
