Be a temperate zone growth plant, it distributing in HeNan, SiChan, GuiZhou, YunNan, and so on abroad . It is reported, Coriaria sinica Maxim is virulent, the extract have obvious antifeedant activity and stomach poisoning activity to many pest,. It have 100% insecticidal rate of bollworm aphid and spider mites and so on Coriaria sinica Maximcan be separated many compound, Tutin act on control excitement and eliminate hallucination ; Coriarnyrtin can make cerebra and spinal cord exciting, so the extract from Coriaria sinica Maxim is used for plant diseases and insect pests-prevention and cure or human disease-treating abroado Although people mostly focus on Pest-killer and human disease-treating in some present report, few research about it be used in plant disease- prevention and cure, especially the research of the mechanism of bacteriostasis compound and mechanism of action is barely find.To solve the problem that the antibacterial compound and bacteriostatic mechanism is unknown, we have isolated and identified the antibacterial compound by physicsm, chemistry, and biology technology;we have analyzed the antibacterial compound structure and molecular formula by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy; Through the photos of electron microscope,research its bacteriostatic mechanism.For Pseudomonas solanacearum as an example, the result shows, the aliphatic compounds and the alcoholoes compounds also have good antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas Solanacearum .From the experiment of extraction of leaves of Coriaria sinica Maxim and the effective inhibitory against 19 kinds of the fungus and bacteria, the result shows the alcoholoes compounds is more efficaious than aliphatic...
