As a kind of biosynthesis plant growth regulator, PP333 is widly used in agriculture and gardening field. However, the supply dose of PP333 is fluctuant between reports, and the harm of high dose of PP333 is seldom mentioned. Fescue arundinacea Schreb. individual is small and sensitive to the harm. By our observe, high dose fo PP333 can easily cause scorch of foliage. Half life of PP333 in soil is as long as 33 days, closing to some kind of high rudimented pesticide. Taking one with another, study in accurate supply dose of PP333 in turf is provided with practical significance. The vegetal velocity reduced along with PP333 soil application dose as a conic function, however, vegetal velocity leveled off when application dose exceeded 0.65 g·m-2. The same to vegetal velocity, shoot biomass reduced along with PP333 application dose as a conic function, leveled off when application dose exceeded 0.8 g·m-2; thus the root biomass reduced along with PP333 application dose as a linear equation. Drought resistance of tall fescue (Fescue arundinacea Schreb.) increased along with PP333 application dose and reduced as PP333 application dose exceeded 0.8~0.95 g·m-2. Low application dose of PP333 made tall fescue foliage color bottle green, thus over 0.35 g·m-2 made against the color. Taking one with another, with 0.35 g·m-2 PP333 soil application got the best integrative effect on tall fescue. The half-life of PP333 is shorter in non-planted soil compared to tall fescue plantes soil; The PP333 quantity in tall fescue leafage went up by time and reach a steady value at 35th day. The growth velocity of tall fescue fell to a steady value at 14th day. Experiment shows that fungi growth can be inhibited obviously by PP333. When culture media with PP333 were the only nutrient source, several groups of microbes were detected as actinomycetes such as lanvebdulae, griseo...
