The study was conducted on Pelteobagrus fulvidraco larvae. All larvae in same artificial insemination were divided into 4 groups (Group â… , Group â…¡, Group â…¢, Group â…£), with 4 replications per group, 10 000 larvae for each replication. The fish fed with the four different diets adding 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% phospholipids (PL) respectively to basal diets. The experiment lasted 21 days. The effect of different supplementation of phospholipids on performance growth, survival rate, feed coefficient, antioxygen competence, foregut and liver histology of pelteobagrus fulvidraco larvae were studied, and the optimum PL level in feed of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco larvae was researched. The main results were summarized as follows:1. The wet body weight, body length, average daily gain (ADG), weight gain rate (WGR) of 14-day-old or 20-day-old larvae rose with increasing of the PL levels, and group â…£ was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). The length gain rate (LGR) of 14-day-old larvae in group I was significantly lower than group â…£ (P<0.05); But LGR of 21-day-old larvae among all groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). The specific growth rate (SGR) of 14-day-old larvae in group â…£was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05); But SGR of 21-day-old larvae in all groups was lower than 21-day-old larvae (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the effects of PL levels in feeds on condition factor. And feed coefficient decreased with the increasing of PL levels in feeds.2. Body fat content was increasing with the PL levels in feeds and larvae ages. Compared 21-day-old to 14-day-old larvae, the extent of body fat content in group IV was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). Body PL contents of 14-day-old larvae in group â…¢, â…£ were significantly higher than group I (P<0.05); But Body PL contents of 21-day-old larvae had no significant difference in all groups. Compared 21days to 14 days larvae, the extent of body PL content in group I was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).3. In company with accession of PL levels in feed, the SOD activity was increasing. During the experiment, SOD activity was significantly lower in group I than other groups (P<0.05). The rising of PL addition in feeds was conduced the CAT activity significant heightened (P<0.05), and descent of MDA content.4. At the age of 14 days, enterocytes of the foregut elevatio of group I were swelling and much of fat droplets were observed. As levels of PL rose, fatty deposition in foregut was relieving, and foregut histology in group â…£ was normal. Fatty deposition of foregut...
