Taking Zhongyou 821 (regular cultivar)and HuashuangNo.3(high quality cultivar) as experimental stuff, the effect and impact of yield, yield content, quality formation and C/N metabolize had been studied while nitrogen fertilizer applying, NPK compos amount and ratio of nitrogen base and supplementary were different. These provided scientific proof for high effect of fertilizer applying and improvement of yield and quality in rapeseed. The results of this study are listed as follows:1.Nitrogen fertilizer could better enhance the yield of Zhongyou821 and HuashuangNo.3 When pure nitrogen was used within 22.5kg per 667m~2; When phosphorus and kalium were used as additions, rapeseed yield could also be increased, mostly showed in the number of pods; The yield of HuashuangNo.3 increased but decreased later when ratio of base and supplementary increased; The economical index declined constantly, and yield reached top when ratio of base and supplementary was 6 to 4.2.Protein content in seed increased and oil content decreased along with the increasing ratio of base and supplementary. Adding phosphorus and kalium fertilizer on the base of nitrogen was propitious to increasing protein content and decreasing oil content.3.Dry substance of HuashuangNo.3 was mostly accumulated from budding and elongation stage to maturating stage. It would take up 80% of whole growing stage and showed the fastest speed as ratio of base and supplementary was 6 to 4.4.In the course of maturation, chlorophyll in seed and seedcase and the activity of glutamine syntheses increased as fertilizer applying enhanced and ratio of base and supplementary increased. Soluble sugar content in seed declined, but seedcase showed opposite trend. All results showed the way of fertilizer applying made for syntheses of protein and oil content declining.5.In the whole growing stage, ratio of C/N in leaf was between 1.5 to 3 at seeding stage with different base and supplementary fertilizer treatment; The ratio would rapidly reduced after budding and reached minimum 0 to 1 at early flowing. Substance stored in nutritional organ was transferred to new organ at this stage. Ratio C/N raised later and reached the top 3.5 to 6.5 at late flowing. It decreased before senescence. Ratio of C/N was 2.5 at seeding stage when ratio of base and supplementary was 6 to 4, and much higher at budding stage. It got around 0.5 at early flowing and 4 to 5 in leaf at mid- maturing stage. Ratio of C/N in seedcase was 2 to 3, and dropped to below 0.5 at late maturing stage. Leaf at early flowing stage and seed at late maturing stage had low ratio of C/N. In other words, rapid and complete transfer of dry matter made good for fatty acid synthesize when carbon metabolize was blooming.
