Study On Development Principle And Testing For Seed Rope Direct Sowing Machine Of Rice

As to the one origin of the world rice cultivation has a long history, and China has a large population, the relative shortage of land resources. it is great significance that studying efficient,saving water,and practical rice cultivation machinery, mechanizing cultivation of rice and increasing rice production to increase productice forces of agrticulture,to farmer's income and improvement ecological condition of agriculture.The dissertation compares the characteristics of different rice planting mode and gets rice direct sowing technique and mechnical is trend that rice planting of the world, the prospects are very good applications.The thesis aims at the planting mode and its characteristic in China now.,and the current direct sowing machines have their shortcomings,such as the structure complex, high-cost,power consuming and large radius of turn ,so these machines don't adapt to the operating requirement and management system in the rural area.For the reason, rice seed rope direct sowing technology is presented,and one newly rice seed rope direct sowing machine has been invented and developed by the author of this dissertation,according to the planting mode and growing characteristics of rice in China.The rice seed rope direct sowing technology changes traditional teamwork form of rice direct sowing. It divides direct sowing tasks of rice into two steps. First, using the developed seed rope twisting machine, rice seed is entangled in paper tape with the requirement of agriculture technology and made in seed rope reel, as make twisting job isn't limited by farming season at time and can actualize industrialization in space. These can also ensure the parameter's standardization of the sowing row spacing, socket spacing and the number of grains per socket, and offers technology basis for agricultural order form. Second, in the field, the seed rope direct sowing machine developed is used to ditch, roll out seed rope, earth up and press, as actualize field working of rice direct sowing light-duty. It indicates through index that have not the reporting at home and abroad.The main research contents are as follows:1. The over-all test analysis for the tensile force of the cotton thread and non-woven fabrics, the seed rope tensile force about the different number of twisting in unit length , moment of inertia to seed rope disk and moment of friction to the shaft bearing.Getting it is feasible that seed rope disk rotate by the tensile force of seed rope.. All of these have provided plentiful theoretical and experimental bases for selecting the material of seed rope and designing the seed rope direct sowing machine.2. The successive generations model machine is developed.By the plentiful field performance experiments in the interior and field for the model machine,many merits are gained ,such as, such as, little tensile force,simple structure,lightweight,and so on.Besides,this installation has its compact structure,less manufacturing costs and the adjustment and operation are very convenient.The adjustable depth of opening share and angle of hand beam meet the requirement of different plants in defferent area.The machine can not only be used in the field ,but also in the greenhouse, practicability is extensive.
