The vitrification of ovarian tissue is one of ways to protect animals and genetic resources which based on the embryo and oocyte cryopreservation. Simple and effective use of the vitrification technology can give timely cryopreservation to ovarian of a sudden death of rare species and rare mutant animals. In necessary, the ovarian can be thawing and transplanted into immune-deficient mice in vivo and get matured ovarian follicle. The species can be got through the IVF technique, which is of great significance in maintaining the biodiversity, embryo engineering and reproduction biology. In this study, the use of ethylene glycol (EG) and bauxite dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as a mixed cryoprotectants. Porcine ovarian tissue has been vitrified after treated with different concentrations of cryoprotectants. Comparing the histological structure and the follicle changes of vitrified ovarian with the different methods; Meanwhile, studying the oocyte survival rate, cleavage rate after in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryonic development after thawing. Aimed at exploring methods of vitrification of ovarian tissue and the ideal cryopretectants which improve effective techniques and collect scientific data for the endangered species. The studies results are as follows:1 Morphology observation of vitrified ovarian tissue of porcine.Compare morphology differences with different methods of cryopreservation to...
