The genetic diversity of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources is the foundation required in selecting new wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties (line) as well as wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genetic improvement. Study on the genetic diversity analysis based on the SSR molecular marker technology to 75 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources of our province in order to make sure the genetic degree about the chosen materials. Carries on the cluster analysis by UPGMA to the SSR molecrlar markers results, thus, it is clear about the partial wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources of our province,the varietes genetic diversity and the breeded varietes'(line) relative relationships, and provide certain theory basis for broaden our province wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources; At the same time, the fingerprinting of some breeded wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties and partial special wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam in our province was established using SSR molecular marker, the reseach have an very important role to prevente the spurious seed enter the market and protect our province special wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam .The findings are as follows:1 The partial wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources,cultivars(line) and the germplasam resources which come from other province have obvious difference . The average similarity of 75 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources is 0.298 and their genetic distance away from 0.105 to 0.491, which indicated the genetic diversity of our province wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources is high;2 The narrow genetic base of Guizhou Province breeding wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) are more prominent.The genetic distance of most cultivated wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and germplasam varieties among 25 almost less than 0.190, the result show that our province cultivated wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and germplasam varieties is narrower;3 The SSR marker's result of partial wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam in Guizhou province were clustered by UPGMA, which indicate the genetic and relative relationships of partial wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam resources and nurtured cultivatars(line) in Guizhou provinc and indicated that the SSR marker can differentiate well the different materials, so SSR molecular marker is one kind of ideal molecular markers;4 The fingerprinting of some breeded wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties(line) and partial special wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam in our province was established using 6 pair of SSR primer. Totally, 58 allelic fragments were detected by 6 SSR primers and obviously differentiate the 25 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam. Finally, the digital fingerprinting of 25 cultivars (line) and special wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) germplasam was established.
