Pine pollen was rich in protein, nucleic acid, phospholipids, vitamins, amino acid and mineral substance, etc. It can enhance the organism's immunity and regulate internal system. In order to discuss the effect of pine pollen on the enhancement of immunity,three essays were taken. The first study was on the nutrient components of four kinds of pollen in Mount Tai; the second was the effect of broken pollen on the immunity function of chicken and the third was the effect of broken pollen on the immunity function on domestic rabbits. The results showed that pine pollen enhanced the immunity and had a great potential as adjust. The research divide three parts:1. Study on the Nutrient Components of Four Kinds of Pollen in Mount TaiThe objective of this study was to investigate the nutritional ingredient of four categories of pine pollen. The quantities of VA, VE, VC and amino acid in the pollen of Pinus massoniana, Pinus bungeana Zucc, Picea wilxonii and Pinus thunbergii ,which were prevalent in Mount Tai, were analyzed. It was considerably high through the investigation of the quantity of the 18 kinds of amino acids, protein, VA, VE, VC, phospholipids and glucose oxidase. The content of VA reached 70641.6 IU/100g and the total amino acid reached 24.443 mg/100mg in the pollen of Picea wilxonii Mast. From the view of nutrition, Picea wilxonii Mast was very good, but different kind of pollen should be chose for special purpose.2. The Effect of Broken Pollen on the Immunity Function of ChickenPine pollen was rich in protein, nucleic acid, phospholipids, vitamins, amino acid and mineral substance, etc. It can enhance the organism's immunity and regulate internal system. In order to discuss the effect of pine pollen on the enhancement of immunity, 360 chicken, which were divided into 12 groups randomly, were immuned with pine pollen in different dosage and ways; and antibody titer was measured by means ofβ-microscale method. The antibody titer and the lymphocyte transformation of group 1 and group 2 were higher than the control group respectively. The results showed that pine pollen could enhance the immunity significantly. So it had a great potential for further development as immunity adjust.3. Effect of Broken Pollen on the Immunity Function on Domestic RabbitsIn this study, livers of deadly rabbit experimental infected with RHDV were collected to manufacture 10% inactivated tissue vaccine and 10% pine pollen inactivated tissue vaccine in order to study the immunity effect of pine pollen on the rabbit haemorrhagie disease(RHDV) inactivated tissue vaccine. Antibody levels were detected byβ-micro method inhibition test after injection pine pollen inactivated vaccine and average tissue inactivated vaccine. The results showed that the titers of tissue inactivated vaccine and pine pollen inactivated vaccine were 2.75log2, 6.25log2, 5.25log2 and 3.05log2, 7.00log2, 6.75log2 after 10d, 20d, 30d of injection respectively. It suggested that RHDV inactivated tissue vaccine can obviously elevate antibody titer and enhance immune effect.
