Study On Rational Annual Forest Logging And FuJian Timber Forest Rational Annual Cutting Calculating System Establish

This paper summarize the current research and trends of development of cutting-evaluating , the applicability of the formula for cutting calculating , the relation between logging and forest sustainable management and sustainable development , the principle and method of optimal annual forest felling volume calculation , estimates ; investigation in the work of evaluate optimal annual forest felling volume . Research on the amelioration of optimal annual forest felling volume calculation, the automatic allocation of optimal sequence of subcompartment harvest , the betterment of the calculations program.Based on software engineering methods and ideas, combine prototyping methodology, structured methodology and object oriented methodology for the analysis, design and system developing. Delphi and ADO database access technology is used for constructing the rational annual cutting calculating system .The method of periodic balance is adopted to determine the rational annual cutting isenhancing the scientificity and practicality of calculation software , formula is in line with theactual need for Fujian forest felling volume calculation. And the use of " value in gain " todetermine the each period optimal sequence of subcompartment harvest, make forestharvesting in the most optimized and reduce the workload .This study considered the form of basic data of forest resources and database different between each user. " the Plan of surveying, programming and designing of forest resources and the scheme for forest managing of Fujian " used as a standard to realize the function of forest resources data standrdization .Used ADO database access technology to realize the database interface for manifold database system. Through these functions and interfaces to enable the forest resources data be standardization to meet the need of different user .
